DESILO FHE Library v1.10.0 Release Notes

DESILO FHE Library v1.10.0 is now available (released 2026-02-11). Highlights:

• Merge bootstrap is now available. This operation efficiently bootstraps two real ciphertexts at once. All three of regular, lossy, and sign bootstrap are supported. For regular bootstrap with the bootstrap key, a merge bootstrap key is required instead. Other bootstrap keys can be used as usual for merge bootstrap.
• Trying to use None as a data structure input will now raise an error.
