SEOUL, South Korea, Oct. 2, 2025 — DESILO today announced that it will participate in Luxembourg Venture Days 2025 on October 22 through the Global Digital Innovation Network (GDIN) program, positioning the event as a strategic gateway for its expansion into the European Privacy AI market. DESILO is committed to developing its “LLM-ready Encrypted Engine,” which enables organizations to run AI applications on encrypted data without exposing sensitive information. The technology has attracted industry attention, supported by a collaboration with Cornami to accelerate commercialization. In addition, joint research with Hanyang University, titled “TTHOR: Secure Transformer Inference with Homomorphic Encryption” has been accepted for presentation at ACM CCS 2025, one of the world’s premier computer security conferences, underscoring recognition from both industry and academia. “Europe has been setting the pace with regulations such as GDPR and the EU AI Act, emphasizing data sovereignty and privacy protection,” said Seungmyung Lee, CEO of DESILO. “Our technology makes it possible to build compliant AI systems that align with these standards. We look forward to connecting with leading healthcare and financial institutions that are seeking practical solutions for using sensitive data securely.” The company brings proven experience from projects such as developing a homomorphic encryption-based credit scoring model, building fraud detection systems (FDS) for Korea’s major banks, and creating secure data platforms for healthcare institutions. Leveraging this background — and using Luxembourg as a strategic bridgehead — DESILO aims to expand Privacy AI applications across Europe and establish new standards for the safe utilization of sensitive data.
