DESILO FHE Library v1.6.0 Release Notes

DESILO FHE Library v1.6.0 is now available (released 2025-10-21). Highlights:

• The sum of a ciphertext is now available as the sum function. You can also choose the axis to perform the sum operation.
• You can now stack multiple ciphertexts into a larger ciphertext using the vstack function.
