DESILO FHE Library v2.0.1 Release Notes

DESILO FHE Library v2.0.1 is now available (released 2026-10-28). Highlights:

• rotate_many is now supported by both the bootstrap key and the evaluation key.
• The GPU code is now prebuilt for NVIDIA Turing, Ampere, Ada Lovelace, Hopper and Blackwell GPUs, which removes a delay of up to about 0.4 seconds on the first GPU operation of each process.
• The CUDA wheels are slightly smaller.
• GPUs of an architecture newer than Blackwell are not supported by this release.
